MA'AT in Mexico
Work in Mexico started in close collaboration with Ingrid Estrada from Inana and was coordinated by Adrian Cabrera founder of Chicatana, with the testing of the first Ma'at group in La Gira, a solidarity economy organisation connecting consumers and producers. The group has been functioning since 2021 with both farmers and processors.
