The Ma\u2019at App helps groups manage their activities and financial transactions in a structured and transparent way.     Good governance is what makes the group successful and long-lasting. Prior to launching the group, members negotiate and sign their Group Charter.<\/p>

    • The boundaries on who can participate and what the group can achieve are clearly defined<\/li>

    • Decision-making is based on the participation of all<\/li>
    • Group leaders are accountable for the correct functioning of the group<\/li>
    • The Group defines progressive sanctions for those not respecting the agreed Charter, with progressive warnings and fines<\/li>
    • Conflict resolution procedures are based on early stage resolution. An external facilitator acts as moderator in case of need<\/li>
